General Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Non-custom, non-handmade retail items (ex: accessories, gift items, certain prints)

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Because of their unique or custom nature, the following items are final sale:

  • Original artwork

  • Custom orders or personalized pieces

  • Made-to-order prints

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We will gladly replace the item, issue store credit, or arrange a refund depending on availability.
